Updated On: Jan 02, 2020

IBEW 194 is proud to now offer, to our members, the ability to pay your dues online and update info. It will be in full operation starting in January 2, 2020.  To access it, you can type ibew194.workingsystems.com in your address bar OR come to this web site, IBEW194.org, where we will have a “Pay Dues Online” link you can click under this sites Log-in.  Once you are at the "dues payment site" you will need to sign into that website.

Your sign in credentials are going to be:

USERNAME:  is going to be your IBEW “Card Number” found on your dues receipt (yellow ticket) right above your “Trade Classification”.

PASSWORD:  is going to be your Last Name plus the last four of your Social Security number.

Example:  John Smith, Social Security number 123-45-6789.  His Password = smith6789

When you first sign in you’ll be required to add an email address and change your password to a new one.  The new password will need to be at least 8 characters long, consisting of at least 2 numbers and 2 letters.   Once changed you will be at your Personal information page. This page is also found in the “My Account” tab.

Personal Info Page:

Here you can update your Address and Phone Numbers. This will notify office personal and allow them to make changes so you can have your dues receipt (Yellow Ticket) mailed to you and other communications in the future. You can also see when your due are paid through.

Also found in the “My account” tab is the “Change Password” page and “Change E-Mail” page.  In either one of these you can do as the title’s suggest.  Just remember that your password must be at least 8 characters consisting of at least 2 letters and at least 2 numbers (e.g. DOGSPOT12 or 123456IB). It is not Case Sensitive.

From the “Dues” tab you can click “Pay Dues Online”:

Here you can see where your Dues are at and select the month you want your dues paid thru.  Once you have selected the date and it calculates how much you need to pay, you may click on the “Pay Charges” link.

This is where you will enter your payment information.  Debit and Credit Cards only.  Your card information is not saved in the system. Once card info is put in and you wish to continue click on the “Checkout” link at the bottom of the page. If you don’t wish to continue and want to edit or cancel the payment, click the “Edit/Update Charges” link.

If you clicked the “Checkout” link you will now be able to review the charges.  After reviewing, your options are to “Edit/Update” or “Submit Payment” by clicking the appropriate link. You will receive an email to the one that is on file of your charges, for your record.

This service only allows you to get your dues current or pay up to a year in advance.  Any dues that are over 3 months behind must be handled through the hall and not through the online service.  I hope this helps and if there are any questions please call us at the office.
